Event Description

6 May (Tuesday) Scene 6:  In Aspertus.  The NeoVictorians familiarize themselves with the City of Asperatus.  They seek out the local broadcaster to create public service announcers advising there is a reward for anyone who can bring them the robot.  They wander the streets, asking people if they’ve seen the robot and handing out copies of wanted posters and the latest edition of the NeoLondon Times.  They do not find the professor or the robot.  Their search will continue.

We pick up the roleplay in Asperatus at 6 PM on Wednesday.  All welcome.  Visit Mrs. Chickenstalkers (or the NeoVictoria shop off the main rezz point) to pick up information about the roleplay and some fun props).

Robot Wanted

Asil Karu: nods, hearing their news and plops another bunch of papers on to the counter. “Perhaps its time to take it to the streets? See if the people in the town have seen the robot or the professor? We got a new batch of papers from home, courtesy of the portal imps.”
Myomy smiles at the Admiral and hands her a sheaf of the papers. Then she heads out.
She spies Kit looking ready to go and approaches her. “Ready to find a robot?”
She glanced over when she heard Lucinda and grinned. “Of course, want to hunt together?” She beamed. Her dagger and derringer were strapped at her belt and leg. She almost felt like bouncing. “That robot and mad man will get whats coming to them.”
“To make matters worse, the guard confiscated the swords. I foolishly let them go thinking I’d get them back.” he walked over to Hmmph.
Hmmmph: “Tsk Tsk…didn’t put a fight for your swords…or at least a good tale? I told the guards I used my sword to cut up sushi”
“It seems like a lonely part of town. Perhaps the customers have been enticed elsewhere. Which could make for some cozy hideaways for our targets.” Lucinda Jane Strathmore says, moving on to the next stop.
Alyia Alyia takes the newspaper carefully, looking over the picture. She sets it on the counter with a frown, “Unfortunately I have not,” she replies, “Is it a danger?”
Myomy finds Ginger on her path to the next store. “Ah, you made it! The Admiral and I were just about to head to those other pilings over there to see if a robot could be hiding there. Want to join us?”
Myomy approaches the demoness; “Hello Destany! Say, have you seen that evil robot I was telling you about?
The demon watches them hunt.
“Miss Asil..” He nodded a greeting. “Not on my end. I took to the sky and looked in as many glass ceilings as I could find, and nothing appeared at first glance to turn up. It is still early.. I have faith we will locate the traitor.”
